Abstract
Haemobilia is a rare clinical phenomenon where patients often present with melaena and jaundice. This case report describes a patient admitted with the clinical picture of haemobilia and was found to have hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm which opened in to cystic duct and caused compression at porta hepatis resulting in anaemia, melaena and obstructive jaundice.
